rawhide report: 20040401 changes

Today's rawhide surprise is that packages get installed in
alphabetical order rather than the more usual topological dependency
sort.

The result is that %pre scriptlets for things like kernel and
coreutils fail, and the packages are skipped.  The installation won't
boot. :-(
