Newer MySQL?

The good news is that the License exception is in the 4.1.3 tarball (as 
well as being on the website, 
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/MySQL_FLOSS_License_Exception.html).  
So things are getting closer.

Now I guess its just waiting for 4.0.21 to be released.
