header.info not getting rebuilt?

Looks like the header.info for rawhide hasn't been updated in a while on the main fedora.redhat.com server: <http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/headers/header.info>

So, any recent package updates aren't getting picked up by yum.  Can someone have a look at this?
