FC2 RPM package list and XML

Hi !

I would like to generate an XML file containing the Fedora Core 2
package list (http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/package-list) with the
structure like this :

<pkglist>
	<package name="" version="">
		<summary>French summary</summary>
	</package>
</pkglist>

I tried the option command --queryformat but this command works on the
RPM database (installed packages) not with a directory which contains
all packages of the distribution. I can't install all packages on my
distribution for various reasons. How could I do ? Do you know a URL
which can help me ?
