Don't %ghost them.

If the optimization is worth while it the packager should decide to
create the *.pyo files and have them properly placed into the rpm.

If it isn't worth while they should be created neither at build, nor
at runtime.

So keep this a packager's decision and never %ghost anything besides
/var/log :)
