0.fdr = ?

Those with 0.fdr in the release tag are not from fedora.us, but from
somewhere else as gstreamer-plugins would be an upgrade of Fedora Core.
There are at least two or three repositories which have started using
the same tag. Maybe there's documentation about the repositories you
have enabled.
