OpenOffice Memory Bloat?

I think i have seen that bug report, but i can't find it rigth now.
Could anybody please give me a number?

However, this bug is *OLD*, and hugely annoying. What about fixing it
(i.e. disabling the "check if this is correct in every other existing
language" functionality)?

I guess i should just uninstall those dicts, untill things are fixed...
