Building kernel rpms...

When I have a kernel.src.rpm expanded in my rpmbuild directory, what is 
the proper command to issue on the .spec file to build all the kernels?  
the up/smp/bigmem stuff? 

rpmbuild -ba kernel.spec only gives me up, BOOT, DOC, -source.
