FreshRPMS, URL already posted by someone else, although you might want
to know that up2date seems to work fine using yum (i.e. no stalls
getting headers).

up2date-gui even refreshes within a second or so after another window
has been moved over it, or after a virtual desktop switch, which is a
nice surprise.
