Looking at older RHL bug reports is not as silly as it might look at
first (although I must say I started from the bottom as I expected 10
people to be working from the top :). Some of those issues still have a
bearing on the current state of affairs. See fe

to #53003. Maybe not a very strong example, but I do agree with the
original poster that the used phrasing can be somewhat confusing.
