rpmlint on binary rpm's

Use whatever tools you like, if you think they help you. But don't forget
to verify the output of such tools. ;) Note that at fedora.us, for
instance, "Packager:", "Vendor:" and "Distribution:" are not used, and the
latter two are set by the build system automatically.
