Nope. While the main tree of WineX is licensed under Aladdin Free Public
License, AFAIK (like bleeding-edge ghostscript releases, before they
eventually get GPL'ed), the parts that access copy-protected CDs, as
well as probably DirectX, are proprietary, in accordance with
TransGaming's NDA it seems.

WineX is not really usable without that, and while IANAL, my reading of
the AFPL <http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/cvs/Public.htm> says you
can't make money selling it, which will limit Fedora's distribution to
that of SuSE (no cheap CDs, downloads OK)

You could, of course, pay Transgaming $5 everytime they do a release. Or
get a longer-term subscription; you cannot post support requests if you
do not have a current subscription.

Just remember that since Transgaming's disagreement with Codeweavers and
most other developers, any work done by each side would not necessarily
end up being used by the other (main Wine is now LGPL instead of X11-
licensed)
