Is menu editing in GNOME enabled in Fedora Core 2?

Strange that this still isn't solved. I would think that all the companies
pushing the GNOME desktop as an alternative to Windows would be very eager
to solve this bug.

Or is the problem just Fedora specific because Fedora uses both KDE and
Gnome to read the same menus
