wrt developer blogs, an aggregation site like http://planet.gnome.org
for Fedora folks would be nice. With something like that set up,
contributors aren't bound to specific blog site, and can use any that
provides an RSS feed in addition to regular entries.

(For folks that don't get it, planet gnome sucks all the rss feeds from
various sites and aggregates them into a single page, saving people from
hopping site to site to read all the latest entries.) There are a bunch
of other projects now using the same approach.
