Path for upgrading from Red Hat Linux 9 to Fedora Core 2?

Hello,

Given that the dates for the FC 2 release and the EOL of RHL 9 are quite
close to each other, is the plan to allow the upgrade of RHL 9 systems
directly to FC 2?

Or will the recommended path be: RHL 9 -> FC 1 -> FC 2?
