What I mean by reaching is seizing upon the fact that bind and
caching-nameserver are not one package, but two very closely related
packages (as are sendmail and sendmail-cf, btw) instead of addressing
the fact that apache does ship with a sensible and working config and
that clamav has no such closely related 'config' package and not much
more reason than 'file' to omit a default config in the clamav package
itself.
