x86_64 linking issues

Okay so it's all fixed now. The autotools were definitely giving me
fits! Thanx for listening!

The builds for the xfce4 specs look like this now:

%build
/bin/touch NEWS
/usr/bin/libtoolize --force
/usr/bin/aclocal
/usr/bin/automake
%configure
~                 make %{?smp_mflags} LIBTOOL=/usr/bin/libtool

So now xfce4 builds and functions properly on x86_64 and on 32 bit.

The spec files have been sent off to "Than" and "Sopwith".
