Sounds perfect.  This is beyond your scope, but if there isn't a reply 
by the author in a certain amount of time, then the ticket should be 
closed.

This would be a must-have.  Perhaps a config file setup or a .submit 
file setup, so that you can define the account/password for each 
bugzilla system you use.
