Kernel:IP TCP ECN

You don't need to recompile the kernel to turn it echo 0> /proc/net//ipv4/tcp_ecn
or something like that. I just did it so I could upload new firmware to 
a linksys router. When I install it I guess I'll try and check if they
have fixed the bug.
