yum doesn't see 20040122 changes

I got it to work: the files have indeed not yet trickeled down to the 
mirrors but are available from download.fedora.redhat.com directly. I 
now get a weird error message though:

Unable to satisfy dependencies
Package perl needs perl(Tie::RangeHash), this is not available.
