where to send patches?

I don't really feel comfortable with submitting this patch on bugzilla.
Indeed, it's not a bug fix, it's more like a feature enhancement. Plus 
fluxbox isn't part of FC (yet)

I'll have a look into submitting my fluxbox-0.9.8 package
