mc and CVE-CAN-2003-1023

Hi,

I was wondering when an updated mc rpm that fixes CVE-CAN-2003-1023 will
be made available. The one for RH 9 was built 10 days ago.

Since the package has to be updated anyway, may I suggest that
MAX_WORDS_PER_CONTEXT in edit/syntax.c gets increased to 4096
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=112644) and
possibly a (more) complete php.syntax file gets added to the tree
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=112645)?
