webalizer vs awstats in fc3

I like this idea also, and since awstats is already in fedora.us it should
be a simple thing to do. In thinking about this a little more, since people
are looking for things to drop from core, maybe webalizer should just be
dropped and fedora.us actually turned into fedora extras. I know the
standard answer is it is coming, but ...
