Add 'http_proxy=...' at the top of /etc/crontab (there should be already
some variables).

But be warned; yum's proxy support is not complete as it does not
support $no_proxy. Seems to be a general problem: the thing which is
called "webbrowser" in Gnome2 does not have this either. :(
