suspend & resume

Hmmm. I have a somewhat similar problem on an IBM T41 Thinkpad. I can
suspend on a Lid Switch event and I need to press the power button to
resume. Once I resume, I need to down/up my wireless interface (Cisco
350) to get networking going again. That works for a while, then I stop
receiving packets (at least that's what it looks like in Ethereal). Lots
of ARP and DNS packets going out, nothing coming back. After that
restarting the network service, unloading/reloading the airo driver,
nothing helps. Once I get to that point I have to reboot to get my
network back.

I did see it hang on shutdown while trying to stop iptables (once). 

Normally I'd suspect something going south with the receive path of the
driver, but reloading the airo module didn't affect it. I'm not sure
what to suspect at this point. Possibly not getting the receive
interrupt? 

Running 2.6.5-1.358 kernel (FC2)
