Adaptec Ultra320 SCSI RAID-1 driver

It generally works OK, for the most part, although I discovered that I had 
to ramp this card down to 160mbp/s.  At 320mbp/s the kernel starts blowing 
chunks, and does not survive the boot.  Clamped the speed down to 160mbp/s, 
and everything's fine.
