Sure it does....
outside of test release phases... the development branch is a
radioactive wasteland or packaging inconsistancies.

If test releases eat babies....
the development branch outside of testing phases....eats your
babies...and then sterilizes you so you can't have any more.

rule 1)
Don't mix development repos with release repos.

rule 0)
Don't use development repo unless you expect packaging problems....
