ANNOUNCE: release of mach 0.4.4 "Madrid"

I released a new version of mach with a bunch of useful bug fixes. 
Among others, mach should now be checking for buildrequires being
satisfied before building, making it more useful as a tool to check
correct buildrequires for spec files.
