But the point is that we're spinning our wheels out here w/ no idea of 
which direction to go.  We need direction, goals, ideas, thoughts, 
something.  We all hear that "everybody is terribly busy".  Busy doing 
what?  We never hear specifics, only vague ideas of what people are 
busy doing.  If this is supposed to be an open process, we should know 
what they are busy doing, not just waiting for product to be pushed for 
that week of non-busy where everything can be talked about that needs 
to be done, but nothing will be done before the next "busy blank-wall" 
session starts in.
