FC1/FC2 nedit and nc (netcat) conflict

It's not the only one. Using fslint: http://www.pixelbeat.org/fslint
shows 2 more clashes like that:

/usr/bin/ex -> vim
/bin/ex -> vi
 

/usr/bin/kill
/bin/kill
 

/usr/X11R6/bin/nc
/usr/bin/nc
