Instead of that, why not do what many of us do.  Syslinux supports a menu 
file, that you can display to the screen.  This menu file could 'list' a 
bunch of pre-known (at burn time) kickstart options.  The person booting 
the CD could then type the menu item they wish to use to kickstart, and 
syslinux will load the appropriate kernel/initrd and use the correct 
kickstart config file from the web server.

This can even be done over PXE, which is even quicker and easier to update 
(don't have to redistribute a bunch of CDs)
