Definitely yes for Tomcat and Ant (w/ gij & gcj).  I don't know about
AspectJ.   Eclipse 3 builds and runs nicely out of the box with GCC 4ish
tools.  So I guess it depends on whether or not FC4 will include GCC4
(something I have no clue about).
