prelink issues

I noticed this and some debugging showed that those gnome apps -
eggcups, and gnome-volume-manager in this case - segfaulted on
hal_initialize().

rpm -V hal screemed about dependecy changes. 

To run prelink on hal binaries fixed this issue.
