I don't think mono will be included with Fedora any time soon due to
legal concerns.  But, you can download packages for FC2 from
mono-project.com.  They don't work very well with rawhide.  However,
building mono from sources isn't very hard.  There's just a few packages
that you need to build and they all build cleanly after installing a few
devel packages from rawhide.
