Absolutely.  If you are interested in progressing this, the best thing
to do is to post to fedora-docs-list, the list for the Documentation
Project.  There was a request to link to a FAQ from the Installation
Guide this morning but as you say, there is no official FAQ, so I can't
really.  The Release Notes cover some issues, of course, but I think
that it would be useful to have something broader ranging.
