The Qt packages are called "qt" and "qt-devel". The former for
run-time needed libraries. The latter for software development,
compilation, etc.

Install the qt-devel package, then source /etc/profile.d/qt.sh
and try again.

  . /etc/profile.d/qt.sh

What is in /etc/profile.d/qt.sh?
