Unfortunately, most of these enhancements require a *replacement* 
package, ie, a new arts, kdepim, kdelibs, kdebase, etc, which neither 
Extras or Livna can (or wants to) do (for good reason).

AFAIK, Livna has a nice (xine-lib'd) kdemultimedia-extras package already.
