Software that has support for 0.10 atm:

- Flumotion (http://www.flumotion.net/)
- totem (configure option in CVS HEAD)
- jamboree (CVS HEAD)
- pitivi (CVS HEAD)
- Rhythmbox (CVS HEAD)
- Banshee (HEAD)
- bmpx (HEAD)

Given that 0.10 has been out for nine days at this point, that's a
pretty good start.  releases of these are expected this month.

Does this happen always ? Every type of file ? More info would help.

Hm, two things:
a) a bug report on rhythmbox is probably better put into rhythmbox's
bugzilla.
b) the bug report is short on details.  What version of GStreamer ? What
types of files ? What audio sink ? What CPU ? ...
