This I don't know.  There doesn't seem to be anything currently in nvr
that allows for vendor comparison.  So the only thing I can think of is
explicit requires on a specific package nvr that includes your vendor
tag.  No >< stuff, just =.  Of course there may be smarter ways to do
this....
