building kernel sourcecode rpm again

Hi,
I want to create the kernel-sourcecode rpm from the 2.6.10-1.1124_FC4 kernel
src.rpm but noticed 'buildsource' is removed from the specfile.
So is there new way to build the kernel-sourcecode rpm ?
