That looks a lot better than I remember. Certainly sendmail should go --
if our postfix actually supports IPv6 completely and can do the other
things like SpamAssassin on incoming mail at SMTP time, then I can't see
a lot to choose either way between it and Exim, although I'd personally
lean towards Exim.
