Package pruning for FC4 and beyond

It's best to use real screen readers as tests, since many of them handle 
quite a bit of markup these days.  Many gecko tools also give you 
stlye-less views or degraded viewing of pages.

I'm also just suggesting that these move to extras, not gone all together.
