I agree. Fedora should follow its purposes. RPM Changelogs are important and
should be supported for supported Fedora, maybe even the most recent 
entry into
Fedora Legacy. Anyone upgrading from an ancient release expects to do a bit
more research than `rpm -qi --changelog package`.

Extremely historic Changelogs are a nuisance that just add noise to the
important information-- what has changed since the last RPM.
