Latest selinux policy update disables NIS

The latest selinux policy update threw me for a loop this week. It
seems to have caused NIS to stop functioning altogether. This seems
bad, but I don't know if it was intentional.

To work around this, I went into the GUI security level tool and
disabled selinux for NIS.

Should this be a bug?
