FC3 -> FC4 Upgrade? (was Re: reducing distribution CD count)

This is mostly going to give fodder to critics. If it is indeed the plan
to basically ignore any of the consequences of the "mass Core eviction",
I'd suggest littering the release notes, the installer and the first
boot with warnings about the problems that might arise and the proper
way to address them. They need to be in big, flashing, red letters. FC3
release notes covered the subject, but people are still inquiring about
the kernel-source package.
