RFC: Soname in rpm name

But "Obsoletes" could be used for this, couldn't it ? And it's not any
"someone" who would use it, but the packager, who knows the lib.
Actually, the package *does* change name, since the proposal is to include
the soname in it.
What are the shortcomings ?
