I'm afraid openmotif21 is still used by big closed packages like Oracle.
Not that is matters much for FC, but it almost ensured a continued RHEL
existence, and at this point if a package is in RHEL it can as well be
kept in FC (since it will be maintained by RH, and it's nice to allow
people to experiment replacing RHEL with FC for test setups even if
certification grids force the use of RHEL in prod)
