Yes, a number of people are.

The current build is called "Corona" and is based off of FC3.  There's
no bootable media yet for Corona, so you'll have to install Aurora 1.0
(RH 7.3 based) and yum upgrade to Corona, but I've done a bunch of those
and there's some helpful FAQs out there.  Search for "aurora linux
corona upgrade" on google.
