That's right for the 2.05, but there were 8 versions between 1.67 and 2.05 
(1.68, 1.69, 1.70, 2.00, 2.01, 2.02, 2.03, 2.04)

Sorry, I haven't seen this build report.

And what about the French man-pages package that is near 3 years old?
