Fedora pretty much picks up upstream changes all the time.  Removing the 
terminal option  from the context menu was a deliberate decision.  You 
have already heard the rationale behind that decision. You might not 
agree with that but Fedora is not going to override it now. So if you 
have complaints you should take it upstream. Thats the right forum and 
thats how it works.
